Run4Men Registration Open

Run4Men returns on Sunday 25^th September 2015 and invites male participants of all ages to walk, jog or run to help raise money for Cancer Research UK.

Run4Men was established to give men a chance to step up and participate in an event comparable to the Race for Life for ladies.

Everyone can take part with a choice of three distances to suit all abilities.

• 5km:    Les Jardins de la Mer to Bel Royal and back again.
• 10km: Les Jardins de la Mer to St Aubin and back again.
• 15km:  Les Jardins de la Mer to Les Quennevais and back again, via St Aubin and the Railway Walk.

Warm up starts at 10:30 AM and all courses start at 11:00 AM

Registration costs £25 for adults and £10 for children under 16 years old and is open until Friday 23^rd September.

Local companies, sports clubs and groups of friends are also welcome to enter teams of five or more people for a fixed group registration cost of £100.
